Step 01

Download Sportsbox 3D Golf

Sportsbox is free to download. Create a free account — use the same email address you purchased your review with.

Step 02

Connect with me in the app

Once you have an account, you need to connect with me so you can send your videos directly to my coaching dashboard.

Open the Coach tab
Tap Coach in the bottom navigation bar of the app.

Find a Coach
Tap Find a Coach and search for my username:

Send a connection request
Tap my profile and select Request to Connect. I'll approve your request within a few hours — you'll get a notification when you're connected.
Step 03

Record your swing videos

I need two angles of your swing. Use a 7-iron and hit full, natural shots — don't try to look perfect.

Angle 01
Face-On
Camera directly in front of you, centered on your chest. Keep it at belt height. Film 3-5 swings.
Tip: Stand at least 8-10 feet back so your full body is in frame.
Angle 02
Down the Line
Camera behind you, pointing down the target line from your heel. Keep it at hand height. Film 3-5 swings.
Tip: The camera should be parallel to your target line — not angled in.
Recording tips

Good lighting makes a big difference for 3D tracking accuracy. Natural outdoor light is ideal. Avoid filming into direct sun. Make sure your full body — from feet to hands at the top — stays in frame throughout the swing.

Step 04

Upload and submit your videos

Once you've filmed your swings, send them to me through Sportsbox.

Open the app and go to Coach
Tap Coach — tap my name in your connected coaches.

Upload your videos
Tap Send a Swing and select your face-on and down-the-line videos from your camera roll.

Add a note
In the message field, tell me: what club you were hitting, your biggest concern, and anything specific you want me to look at.

Hit send
That's it. I'll receive a notification, run the 3D analysis, and send your review back within 48 hours.
